Biography

Haley Cross started ReferAndSave from her kitchen table in Bristol in 2019, after spending a weekend digging through forum threads to find a working bank switching code for her sister. What she found was a mess: dead codes, screenshot-only listings and blogs that had not been updated in three years. She decided the UK needed a referral directory where every single listing was opened, tested and dated.

Today she leads a team of writers and verifiers, sets the editorial policy this site runs on, and reviews any listing involving regulated financial products. She has final say on which offers become Editor's Picks and, more importantly, which offers get removed.
